Trusted partners for connecting rooms and kids' clubs

I’m updating 2025 family packages for Riviera Maya and Punta Cana and need partners who reliably secure connecting rooms and offer supervised kids’ clubs for ages 4–10. Who’s been rock-solid on this lately — ideally with car seats included on transfers and allergy-friendly dining notes — for June–July stays?

Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana and Dreams Natura have been rock-solid for me when I book their guaranteed connecting room categories and loop concierge 7 days out with ages, allergies, and flight details. > with car seats included on transfers and allergy-friendly dining notes — for I use USA Transfers in CUN and Transekur in PUJ; both have provided seats at no charge when I include kid ages/weights and the allergy note — just reconfirm 24 hours out. Need swim-up options or is standard view fine?

But @emily_journey47 spot on about looping concierge; my wins lately are Generations Riviera Maya’s two-bedroom oceanfront (a true “guaranteed connection”) and Hilton La Romana Family in PC — both steady for 4–10 kids’ clubs and allergy notes. Car seats are the bit that slips, , so I request Lomas (for GRM) or Amstar with the res and cc the concierge 7–10 days out with ages/allergies. Only caveat: Generations sells out for June–July, so you’ll want the actual two-bedroom category, not a connecting request — do you need swim-ups or standard?
