I’m refining our process for highly customized Europe FITs and need a proposal builder that handles multi-city itineraries, dynamic pricing, and a client-friendly mobile view without looking generic. If you’ve used Wetu, Axus, or Travefy, which gives you faster revisions and higher acceptance when targeting a 24-hour turnaround?
For ‘24-hour turnaround’, Travefy’s proposal view has been fastest for me: I clone city “blocks” like Lego, swap rates, and let clients approve options in one link (I also drop a payment link up top). Axus pushes live updates a bit cleaner, but Wetu — while gorgeous — takes me longer to tweak pricing; want a 10-min screen share to see the block setup?
Building on @sophie_9892, I’ve had the fastest 24-hour turnarounds by using Travefy with a top “Saved Item” linking to a live Airtable pricing view; I drop in pre-tagged city blocks (PAR-3N, ROM-2N) and update totals in Airtable without reissuing the proposal… Wetu’s visuals are slicker, but edits feel slower — do you need accept/decline in the same link?
Axus feels least ‘generic’; I embed a live Google Sheet for dynamic pricing — workable?
