Axus or Wetu for VIP itineraries

Just wrapped a Lake Como booking with a 7 a.m. private Riva transfer, and I need an itinerary app that feels as polished as the experience. For real-time tweaks and concierge notes, have you found Axus or Wetu more seamless, and are you pairing either with a Europe DMC that consistently delivers white-glove service?

But axus has been smoother for “live changes” — I add concierge notes as tasks and loop the DMC in so clients get push updates; for Como/northern Italy, IC Bellagio plugged into the Axus trip feed has saved a few 6–7 a.m. transfer tweaks (https://www.icbellagio.com). Small caveat: Wetu’s visuals are nicer, but edits don’t hit the client app as fast. Do you want in-app messaging or are you fine keeping WhatsApp as the client channel?

For a “7 a.m. Riva,” I use Axus and set a 6:30 push reminder with the skipper’s WhatsApp pinned in the transfer; paired with Access Italy, it’s been bulletproof around Como. Wetu’s day cards are prettier for a PDF handoff, but client-facing edits don’t land as fast. Curious if you’re using Axus Broadcast or segment-level notes for concierge updates, @joelg_56.
